Terms of Sale
We sell genuine and quality auto parts suitable for Nigerian road conditions. All products are sold based on vehicle specifications provided by the buyer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchase.
Once a product has been installed, used, or tampered with, it is considered accepted and cannot be disputed. We are not liable for damages caused by incorrect installation, misuse, overloading, or poor vehicle condition.
Prices may change without prior notice due to market conditions. Ownership of goods transfers to the buyer once payment is confirmed and items are delivered or picked up.
Return and Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 3 days of purchase only under the following conditions:
Item must be unused, not installed, and in original packaging
Item must be in resellable condition
Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
Returns are not accepted for:
Installed or used brake pads or brake shoes
Electrical or wear-and-tear parts once tested
Items damaged by improper installation or handling
If a wrong item was supplied by us, we will replace it at no extra cost. If the wrong item was ordered by the buyer, exchange may be allowed, but transport costs will be borne by the buyer.
Refunds, where approved, are processed as store credit or replacement only. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.
Installation Disclaimer
We strongly advise installation by a qualified mechanic. We are not responsible for labor costs, delays, or damages arising from installation.
Governing Practice
All transactions are governed by standard Nigerian auto-parts trade practices as commonly observed in Nnewi, Lagos, and major motor parts markets.
